NEXEA is known for its mentors who are successful ex-entrepreneurs, or C-levels who own or have sold (IPO, M&A) their businesses. We believe that they are the best people to mentor and guide the next generation of business owners.

At the inception of NEXEA, we’ve laid a few founding principles that are carried on to this day;

We aim to increase the Startup success rate from 1 in 10 towards 2 in 10 and beyond by supporting as many Startup Founders as we can, and as often as we can.

We do not tell Startups what to do – we support and advise Startups. We advise them via experienced Founders (mentors) who have already found success.

We do not chase after money – we focus on building up Startup fundamentals the right way. By focussing on fundamentals, the rest will follow.

The Panel of Experts is made up of experienced individuals (Big Four Partners) from a wide representation in different industries and is able to share their expertise and experiences.

RISK ASSURANCE EXPERT
A process and governance expert with 19 years worth of experience under his belt. Extensive knowledge on compliance matters predominantly on AML/CFT and Compliance Risk Assessments (CRA) with a current portfolio resides in a large number of financial institute (both local and international).
RISK ASSURANCE EXPERT
Specialist with providing assurance services to entrepreneur and family businesses in a variety of sector and 20 years worth of experience in auditing and accounting. Wide range of experience with listed companies and has provide training to Board Audit Committees, CFOs and heads of finance on a variety of accounting related topics.
TRANSACTION EXPERT
A deals and transaction guy with over 22 years of experience providing M&A transaction advisory. Specialise in providing buy-side advisory service to corporate and private equity clients in the service. Experience includes preparing owners for due diligences on their businesses, business valuations, initial public offerings, review of profit and cash flow forecasts and projections and negotiation support.
TAX EXPERT
With over 15 years of taxation experience dealing with emerging market such as manufacturer, trader and services provider in various industry. An authority dealing with corporate tax planning for group restructuring and M&A. She was with a listed property developer company overseeing the group tax matters.
