Ryan Soo is a mentor at NEXEA, an early Startup Accelerator, Angel Network and Venture Capital. NEXEA has invested in more than 35 Startups across Southeast Asia and is known for creating value in their investments. NEXEA is backed by experienced entrepreneurs who have done their M&As and IPOs or are CEOs of publicly listed companies. More importantly, they want to give back to the next wave of entrepreneurs.

Ryan is the Managing Partner of RYCO Law Firm, a legal firm based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Ryan has a knack for practical legal solutions and has a keen understanding of commerce. His field of expertise is in corporate, commercial and land laws. 

He is also a co founder of Juris Manager, a legal tech start up providing cloud legal management technological solutions to law firms in Malaysia.

Ryan is actively involved the start up community. Most recently, he has mentored in V-Creator and Sabah Entrepreneurs Creation (SEC) under the Ministry of Industrial Development. 

Ryan is currently the Secretary of Sabah Law Society and has co-authored several legal publications.
