Divya Adinarayanan is a Design Leader, applying behavioral science & design to shape user experiences and drive business outcomes. Her responsibilities ranged from product conceptualization, prototyping, strategy to development ( hardware & software).

In a previous role, she led an Enterprise Incubator for Jabil (manufacturing), where she was responsible for incubating award winning products. Divya also established and led the product design & user research groups at both JobStreet.com & iPrice Group.

With a multi-disciplinary background in advertising, management, UX, IT and research, she is a strong mentor to startups. She's currently involved with a socio-legal startup.

Divya holds an executive MBA from Quantic, USA & Master of Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, India. She brings the unique combination of design talent and business acumen to initiate meaningful change.
